f you feel more at ease outdoors, walking therapy can offer a quieter, more grounded way to explore what’s going on for you. It helps take the intensity out of talking, especially when face-to-face feels like too much.
HOW IT WORKS
We’ll meet on Wandsworth Common and walk at a steady, comfortable pace. This isn’t about exercise, it’s about creating movement and space, both physically and emotionally.
Some sessions might involve more talking, others might include quiet stretches or pauses. However it unfolds, the focus is the same: helping you understand what’s been running the show and what might need to shift.
