If you feel more at ease outdoors, walking therapy offers a quieter, more grounded way to explore what’s going on for you.
The movement and open space can make it easier to talk without the intensity of sitting face-to-face, especially when life feels full or overwhelming.

HOW IT WORKS
We'll meet on Wimbledon Common or Wandsworth Common and walk at a steady, comfortable pace.
This isn’t about exercise – it’s about having room to think, reflect and talk in a way that feels natural.
Some sessions include more talking, others have quiet stretches, but the focus stays the same: helping you understand what’s been shaping your stress and relationships, and finding ways to feel more like yourself.
