ONLINE THERAPY

ONLINE THERAPY ACROSS THE UK THAT FITS AROUND FULL, DEMANDING LIVES
This is online therapy for women who were always the responsible one.
When you’re used to being the one who keeps everything going, it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list.

Meeting online gives you space to talk things through without having to carve out extra time.

While most clients work with me online, I also offer in-person sessions in London and outdoor sessions if that suits you better.

HOW IT WORKS
Sessions take place weekly via secure video and last 50 minutes.

You can join from wherever feels private and comfortable.

The structure is the same as being in the room. The time is yours and we begin from whatever is happening for you that week.

Meeting weekly at a consistent time creates the continuity that allows our work to go deeper.

As the work continues, you’ll start noticing the patterns that shape your stress, relationships and sense of responsibility and gradually find ways of responding to life that feel more in line with who you are.
If you'd prefer to meet in my London clinic or outdoors, you can explore those options here.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a little different from the rest.
I’ll explain how the sessions work, including confidentiality, and answer any questions you have.
Then we’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy, your current situation, and what you’d like to be different. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of how I work and whether it feels right for you.

What if I don’t know what to say?

You don’t need to come prepared, therapy isn’t a test.
We can begin from wherever you are, even if that’s “I’m not sure where to start”.
I’ll help you find a way in, and I’m trained to listen for what matters.

Do I have to commit to weekly sessions?

I always start with weekly sessions because I’ve seen the impact that consistency and continuity has.
It allows our work to go deeper, rather than each session starting with a catch up.
How do I know if I need therapy?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like everything is falling on you, therapy can help.
A lot of the women I work with have been managing for years.
The question isn’t whether you can cope, but what it’s costing you to keep doing it on your own.

What if I’ve had therapy before and it didn’t help?

That’s not uncommon.
Often it’s less about therapy itself and more about the fit, the timing, or how the work was approached.
If it didn’t feel useful before, we can take the time to understand why and adjust how we work, rather than repeating the same experience.

How much are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £85.
