During the call you’ll have an opportunity to expand on your reasons for wanting to have therapy and I’ll explain a little more about how I work. If it feels like we’re a good fit for each other then we can arrange a time to meet for an initial consultation. During the initial sessions I’ll guide you through some more questions about your background and what you’d like to get out of therapy. We start the work slowly and gently, allowing you to tell your story at your own pace. Once we’ve had 6 sessions together we’ll review things and see if we both feel that the relationship is one that will help you to get the best from your investment of time and money.
I work slowly and steadily in order that you don’t become overwhelmed by therapy, that it doesn’t become just another thing on your to do list but that you get true value from it.
