I RISE is a community of lovely women who feel overloaded and overwhelmed by life and want to take positive steps to change that. It’s an opportunity to connect with other incredible women - just like YOU!

I set the group up because I felt that no everyone wants to have therapy but most women appreciate the tools of therapy to help them live more easily.

The group is run from a place of love and a real desire to help you to understand your importance and value in the world 🙌

I aim to help you to:

💚 Learn to let go of the limiting beliefs that hold you back from reaching your full potential

💚 Understand why you hold those beliefs and identify whether they truly align to your personal values

 

💚 Acknowledge that openness to growth and a willingness to be yourself, without shame, are the keys to making positive changes in your life
